以风烤方式制作的烟熏椒烤鸡肉丝,既不用炒也不以中式香料来调味,在口味和口感上绝对有别于一般肉丝,香得野性,脆得可口,当零食很合适,用来做炒饭也非常有风味。
将所有材料A,混合均匀,腌至少10分钟,备用。Mix all ingredients A evenly, marinate for at least 10 minutes, set aside.
将作法1放入蒸锅,开中火,蒸20分钟,取出,待凉。Put step 1 into the steamer, turn on medium heat steam for 20 minutes, take it out and let it cool.
在作法2的熟鸡胸肉,撕成粗条状后,加入材料B,混合均匀。After tearing the cooked chicken breast into thick strips, add ingredient B and mix well.
在烤盘上平铺一张烤纸,然后将作法3的鸡肉丝倒入,摊开平铺。Lay a piece of baking paper on the baking tray, place the chicken shreds from step 3.
放入已预热的烤箱,以160℃,风烤45分钟(间中取出翻一翻),然后调至190度,烤15分钟至酥脆,即可取出,待凉后享用或存放封密罐子内。Put it in the preheated oven, bake at 160℃ for 45 minutes (need to flip over), then turn up to 190℃ bake for 15 minutes until crispy, take it out and enjoy after cooling or store it in a sealed container.
